  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on your location

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (free shipping may be offered on select promotions)

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At PureVibe, we maintain strict quality control to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • Opened or used personal care products

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Photo proof is required to process any exchange request.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours only. After that, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
